I'm also having problems on Windows 10 in Chrome. It opens like the outline/frame of the comic but it's an all white page. Also having the same problem with Happy New Year.
have you tried redownloading the files, and do you have a unzipping program to unzip the .zip files? every other time someone has had an issue, one of those two things seems to have resolved it. if you still have problems let me know and ill try to figure something out!
